For me, this was the first real day of the Winter Warm-up. Most of the goings on in my camp consisted of moving Apollo out into the four seasons room (it was equipped for Winter) and onto my desk (and the consequent moving my iMac out of the way), and setting up the software that I plan on using. The major software is Microsoft QuickBASIC for Macintosh, and ResEdit. These work perfectly under System 6, which is the operating system Apollo has installed. I also put MacPaint 2.0 on, and Word 5.1 (in case I write up some documentation:)
I also started a bit of the work of designing the program, and I've decided that each room is going to be written as a sort of mini-script in a separate file that I'll use a new command I've found called MERGE to add it into my source. This is going to be a bit of a learning experience for me, but I think that's a good thing!
